Idag hade jag "performance review"-samtal med min (fortfarande JÄTTEhesa) chef. Vi skulle ha pratat en timme, men så länge pallade inte hans röst (så hes så att rösten ibland försvann helt ni vet) så vi får "catch up" vid ett senare tillfälle. Vi hann med väsentligheterna iallafall; dvs sätta upp lite nya mål för 2017 (för såna måste man ha i sitt "PA" [performance agreement]) och dessutom satte vi (jag) upp en development plan (som han godkände) - och så fick jag veta mitt "betyg" för 2016. Det blev som väntat "performing" som är mellanbetyget. Helst vill man ju ha "leading" för det betyder att man presterar riktigt bra (och innebär högre bonus / lön), men som sagt - jag visste att jag skulle få performing, för G min gamla chef - som ju tidigare (under 2016) rapporterade till samma chef hade redan läckt att hon skulle få leading, och det delas bara ut ett begränsat antal såna högre betyg överlag och särskilt inom ett och samma team. Han sa iofs att det var ett "solid performing" men det syns ju inte riktigt "på pappret" (men det var ju kul att han tyckte det). Skönt ändå att han verkar nöjd. Och han skrev ett fint omdöme också.

(lätt cencurerat, men så här skrev han): K has performed strongly in 2016, in the first half of the year in the xx team and in the second half in a new role as Comms and Engagement Manager for EMEA "GO" (within "BO'"). Kattis has really impressed with her willingness to move into this new role and has embraced the opportunity to be more visible across the organisation. Of particular note was her involvement in CSW, helping to coordinate the numerous activities across the organisation. She has also being working closely with the business in the capacity of a "comms ombudsman" ensuring a degree of consistency of messaging across the org. As we move into 2017, and the new xxx organisation, K has a huge opportunity to drive the organisation's level of maturity around communication and engagement activities. A good year - Well Done!
